Problem Solution

Discovery stops suddenly

when triggered to start

Check for the seed device on the Preferences and ensure that

it is SNMP enabled. Respective SNMP credentials are to be

added into the profiles.

Most of the reports do not

work

Installation was not successful. A restart of the server or a

complete reinstallation is advised. During reinstallation, the

database can be backed up and replaced after installation.

The configuration manager file

does not download while using

the Configuration Manager

feature

Check the Event Viewer for possible reasons. Recheck the

credentials provided under the Username/Password profiles.
