3 STARTING ECVIEW PRO

ECVIEW PRO LOGIN

To run ECView Pro Network Management System (NMS), perform the

following steps:

1. Select Start > All Programs > Edge-Core > ECView Pro > ECView.

If the ECView Pro server is also installed on the PC, it will start

automatically, then the ECView Pro client platform login dialog box

displays.

OTE

From the Windows Start menu, you can also start and stop the

ECView Pro server manually.

2. Enter the ECView Pro platform login dialog box details.

■

In the “Server” field, enter the IP address of the server to which you

want to log in.

Enter a port number in the “Port” field.

■

Enter the name of the user in “Username” field.

■

Enter the password in the “Password” field.

■

Click the OK button.
